Gavra Terms of Service

Welcome to Gavra! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gavra mobile application ("App"), provided by ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Gavra is a sports-focused mobile application that provides the following features:

• Posture Analysis Feedback: The App offers basic posture feedback through image recognition for static movements, such as shooting. This feature provides suggestions for improvement.
• Personalized Training Plans: The App offers pre-set training courses for various skill levels. Users can follow these plans day by day.
• Achievement System and Sharing: Users can earn virtual badges and achievements and share training data on social media.

Please note that the posture analysis feedback is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or instruction.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the App and any consequences thereof. You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers or networks.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Gavra and third parties.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The posture analysis feedback is for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the App or any training programs provided.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
